The Shengjin stone Company not only exports products of tombstone, but also provides our customers with more and more perfect after-sale services. The after-sale services of product: Shengjin stone Company will provide our customers with the services of quality tracking until the products are sent to customer. The customer can bring forward any quality problem (if any).
Our principle is as follows: A. The quantity of the products having quality problems will not be more than 10% of the total quantity in the order form. If more than 10%, we will compensate you for it doubly or rework for you. B. If the proportion of products having quality problem is more than 10% of the total quantity in the order, we accept the goods returned; We will refund the payment for purchase and transportation or decrease the price and sell the products locally, i.e. shengjin`s after-sale deputy in the world will come to your company and deal with the matters at her/his discretion.
The damage caused during the transportation shall be handled according to the following principles: A .As to the goods delivered based on FOB; our safety responsibilities are to send the goods to the dock and load them to the boat. B.As to the goods delivered based on CNF, our safety responsibilities are to safely send the goods to the designated port in your country. C.As to the Household to Household user, our responsibilities are to send the goods to customers.
We will cover insurance for the goods in extent of responsibilities in China. We recommend that customer covers/buy insurance for every batch of goods in your country. We will provide you with detailed list of goods; the vessel name and container number, and tell you of the expected arrival time of the vessel. After-sale services in technical support: The shengjin stone Company will provide technical support and consultancy concerning the cutting, polishing, decontamination and maintenance of the sold products.
The guarantee of the delivery term specified in order form: After sending order form to the Shengjin stone Company, the Company will finish production within the term agreed by both Parties in the order term; if the goods cannot be delivered within the specified term, the Company will compensate you for your losses (compensation amount is $100 per day), unless in one of the following cases: A .War, flood, fire, earthquake and other natural disasters. B .The factory, machine and/or products are confiscated by the country. C .Shengjin’s services of the delivery term specified in the order form mean that the goods are sent to China’s dock and loaded onto the boat, excluding the risks met with by cargoboat on sea or the delay caused by the shipment company; we recommend that the importer buys insurance locally after we inform you of the container number, boat name and the number of voyages.
In one of the cases under the aforesaid clauses A and B, the Shengjin Company will send you the Notarial Deed of Force Majeure issued by China government’s notary office above the municipal level.
In case that the order form cannot be finished because of special reasons after Shengjin receives the order form, Shengjin stone Company will inform customer and cancel the order form 15 days in advance before the delivery term is mature. If earnest money is prepaid by customer, Shengjin Company will refund doubly the customer for the losses caused to the customer.
Therefore, we guarantee that the memorial you select will be premium grade granite, bronze or marble. Further, it will be free from defects in workmanship. If you receive the memorial and it is not exactly as ordered and pre-approved by you, we will replace it at our cost.
Any damage received during shipment should be noted on the freight bill by you and the driver. Make notification to us immediately for replacement.
